 About Midoriya's allergy response

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate allergies.We will do our best to remove it to the extent possible.Please notify us of any specific allergens or inedible ingredients at the time of reservation or at least 7 days before your stay.Please indicate this in the notes section when making a reservation or via the inquiry form.If you require an urgent response within 2 days of your stay, please contact us using the inquiry form at each Midoriya location.

 Notes regarding allergies

■The allergy-friendly menu is not absolute, and we cannot guarantee a complete allergy-friendly menu.

■Because various ingredients are prepared in the same kitchen and cooking equipment, and because the dishwashing equipment also washes tableware used for other menus at the same time, trace amounts of allergens may be mixed in.

■Condiments may contain allergens such as wheat, soybeans, and eggs, so we cannot respond to all of them.Please understand that seasonings such as soy sauce and miso, as well as bonito and kelp soups, are difficult to completely eliminate as allergic ingredients.

■For customers with severe food allergy symptoms or multiple allergies, we may be forced to refuse meals for the sake of the customer's safety.

■Depending on the ingredients we provide, it may be difficult to change the menu, and we may not be able to meet your requests.Please note that we may not be able to respond to requests made on the day of your stay.

Q: Do you accommodate special religious diets? (Halal food, etc.)
A: For Halal food, ingredients such as "alcohol" and "pork" can be removed, but they are mixed with other ingredients, including the storage location.Please note that this is not a perfect halal food.If you have any requests for halal or religious food, please contact us at least 7 days before your stay.

Q: Do you accept vegetarian and vegan food?
A: Regarding meals for vegetarians and vegans, we do our best to remove requested ingredients from the menu.For vegetarian or vegan requests, please contact us at least 7 days before your stay.

Q: Regarding wheat allergy and gluten-free accommodation.
A: We can accommodate gluten-free, wheat and soy allergies.Please notify us in advance of foods that cannot be used, such as ``soy sauce'', ``miso'', and ``tsunagi'' that contain wheat.
